| frozenfire - 2014-04-19 15:21:21 Somewhat easy course but quite dry - while the material is fairly straightforward to learn, it is quite boring. My prof was Dr. Kaiser for reference. Her 2 midterms are extremely easy but the final was outright brutal - her exam was the hardest exam I've ever written thus far at UW (the exam is worth 60%, each midterm is 20%, no assignments). If you have already taken economics in high school, then this will be more of a bird course for you. |

My teacher, Nafees also admitted that the difficulty level had to be increased because students were taking the course as a joke. I did pretty bad in my midterms. DON'T TAKE IT IF NOT REQUIRED. Take something else |

Just attend classes. midterms are based on things she talks about in class and midterm questions are almost the same questions from study questions she providedddddd. 3-4 midterms, one final, all exam in MC. |

| mattknox_ca - 2004-09-14 17:07:31 You can get by just cramming from the textbook a day or two in advance of each of the tests and not bother going to class if you are good at memorizing things quickly. If you go to class though, it will reduce the amount of material you have to learn by a significant amount as the textbook covers much more than the lectures. |
