Introduction to human-environment relations and spatial analysis with special emphasis on urban, social, health and cultural environments. Two lectures, one lab (two hours); one term
Dr. Mercier teaches, good teacher. Not too bad of a course. Fair exams/midterm. Need to spend some time reviewing definitions and memorizing. Assignments are okay, if you spend some time on them. Mark on assignments highly depends on your marker (TA). Other than that, good elective to take, interesting and fun than some other first year electives.
