Introduction to Health Studies 1

An exploration of current issues and controversies in the promotion of individual and population health, with emphasis on the biological factors contributing to health or disease. Strategies for the reduction of risk factors for disease are described. Topical areas include: (1) human reproduction and sexuality, (2) infectious diseases and (3) genetic deseases and cancer.

if you are taking this course and plan on doing no work and still get an 80 you are wrong ... as simple as health sounds, there is still a lot of biology involved
