It's really easy if you read the lecture slides, attend classes, and practice hardy Weinberg and pedigree questions alot. There are alot of marks that you can get to easily boost your marks. The labs are easy, the 20% essay is also easy once you come up with a topic. The only hard thing in the course is really the hardy Weinberg since its new for you, but once you understand it, it's really easy. The final exam was around 90 multiple choice and 1 essay about experimental design. I personally found the exam to be both easy and hard. Another thing is, you don't have to be consistent or even read the textbook because the lecture notes are a summary of it. I never did and I ended up with a good mark.
