An examination of theories, methods, and psychological processes relevant to the study of development, in general, and child development in particular. Topics include historical and philosophical perspectives as well as empirical research on age-related changes in perceptual, cognitive, and social processes. [36L]
Easy course. Elizabeth Johnson is a great professor. Makes the class interesting and shows interesting relevant videos. For this course you have to read a lot, but as long as you do all the readings the midterms are fair and easy. The exam was a little bit harder then I expected but still managed to get an A in the course.
